Regaining Consciousness

It can be challenging to maintain your energy and momentum and even more difficult to thrive into elevated ways of being when there is so much pulling you down and depressing your vibe. What would it take to stay awake and aware and live life conscious and connected?

The motivation to elevate consciousness can arise when you allow soul to lead and give your personality time to rest. Think of Soul, in this case, as Sending Out Universal Love. And “love” as Lots Of Vital Energy.

Instantly this dissolves the pressurized state of trying to do it all until it becomes too much, and not really what you want to be directing your time and energy toward anyway.

Whether you are male or female, or identify in some other way, we all have a feminine energy that needs to be expressed to keep ourselves in balance. 3 ways you can tap into that is to, 1) allow some time for “softening” and relax into your being. Melt into the arms of a loved one or sit in a warm drawn bath of bubbles for example. Another way to relax into your being is to apply essential oils with a self-masage that soothe your body, mind and soul. 2) Spend quality time with children or animals. 3) create something beautiful. This could be a painting, a flower arrangement, or a meal for yourself/family.

Bring back to life that which makes you feel alive and energized. Not to grasp at what brings momentary pleasure, rather to embrace the power you have to create the life you really want. One way to revive yourself to live conscious and connected is to breathe. Fully breathe, allowing a complete inhale and exhale with a bit of space or pause between breaths. Give yourself some time and space to breathe and figure out next steps. In a place of stillness, inspiration can come in and land, and move your into inspired action. You re-source yourself and create conscious connection. For women in particular, gathering with other women to share sisterhood or ceremony is a sacred practice to reclaim that feminine power.
